Mobimo – A New Online Home

We had the opportunity to launch a new website for one of Switzerland's most significant real estate companies.

English edition — originally published in German as Mobimo – ein neues Online Zuhause.

For one of Switzerland's most important real estate companies, we had the opportunity to launch a new website. We were able to perfectly transfer their passion for living spaces to the web with Spectra. In addition to developing new features for the Spectra Editor, we can display stock market-relevant data ad hoc thanks to API integration from various source systems.

On behalf of Mobimo, we were tasked with challenging and translating the design from a renowned Zurich communications agency to meet the needs of the web and responsiveness. We were able to optimally solve the challenging realization of the design in Spectra with new features and text styles. The Mobimo Editor, with 15 plugins, is currently the most powerful editor, featuring flipboards, flip coins, panorama sliders, and much more.

Current Data

Our development team purposefully and elegantly solved the complex integration of various interfaces. We now not only display stock prices in near real-time but also import stock market-relevant ad hoc announcements from the company, in addition to the large real estate portfolio. The integration of social media news completes the site's up-to-dateness.

Search with Autosuggest

To help users find important information efficiently, the extensive search function with autosuggest offers results structured by topic. A document archive invites users to download important documents from the website.

Agile Project Management

For the successful implementation of this extensive project, we chose agile methods based on Scrum. We conducted development in 14-day sprints, allowing us to jointly approve features with Mobimo every two weeks and discuss the next steps. The close collaboration with the Mobimo project team was particularly motivating for our entire Deep Impact project team. Thanks to the trusting and open communication, we were able to realize the project quickly and purposefully together.
